“2018 was an incredibly dry year and the advantages of the AKRA fertilising system were easy to see.
It all started with AKRA DGC and AKRA Kombi. As we had been using these products for many years, the soil structure was better and had stabilised. Thanks to the improved condition of the soil, the crops were also able to withstand longer periods without rain and make better use of the nutrients available in the soil. Crops could also be kept alive longer during periods of drought thanks to the application of AKRA foliar fertiliser and AKRA bacteria. The crops were fed longer through the leaves and so started to react to droughts far later than other crops in the surrounding area (on neighbouring farms).
Thanks to AKRA products, we were able to maintain a good supply of crops despite low levels of precipitation and this had a significant impact on yields.”
