How to apply AKRA products for a successful strawberry harvest.
For conventional and organic farming
Planting out and spreading
Planting out
- 0.25 l AKRA Saat + 100 l water
- Leave seedlings in the solution for 0.1 – 2 hours
Each year
- 500 kg AKRA Kombi per hectare or
- one application of 900 kg AKRA Kombi per ha every 3 years
- Nitrogen depending on requirements (with at least 2 doses)
Spraying (application rates per ha)
Start of flowering
- 0.5 l AKRA Plus 9
- 2 l AKRA Blatt
- 1 kg Nitrogen (urea)
- 0.5 l AKRA Azotobacter N-bacteria
- Wetting agent, Fixing agent
- With fungicides, 50% of the recommended quantity*)
- Insect control as needed (e.g. weevils, blossom weevils, ...)
- 200 l or more water
Before fruit turns red
- 1 l AKRA Plus 9
- 2.5 l AKRA Blatt
- 2 kg wettable sulphur (fungicide*)
- 200 l or more water
For insect control
- Oil - 0.3%, no withholding period
*) Adjust quantity of fungicide if there is a higher risk of infection!
General information about using AKRA foliar fertilisers
- AKRA foliar fertilisers can be mixed with many insecticides and fungicides that are proven to be compatible with foliar fertilisers.
- If in any doubt, a test mixture should be made for flocculation!
- Always stick to the the maximum dilution with water when adding foliar fertilisers and plant protection products!
