Advantages

AKRA Kombi increases crop vitality and helps farmers to achieve notable savings.

Cell walls are better developed, meaning that the amount of fungicide and growth regulators used can be significantly reduced or they can even be omitted altogether. In areas that suffer from drought stress, AKRA Kombi can help crops to get through stressful periods better by encouraging root development and ensuring that they get a balanced supply of nutrients.

Only AKRA Kombi can retain 20 times its own weight in water in the long term.
AKRA Kombi at a glance
  • Fixed nutrients are mobilised and stored so that they are available to plants
  • Balanced and lasting effect
  • Buffering of acids (replaces maintenance liming)
  • Prevents leaching of dissolved substances
  • Encourages the multiplication of nitrogen-binding bacteria
  • Boosts soil organisms and other beneficials in the soil
  • Does not contain any volatile or easily soluble substances that could escape in the form of gases
  • Increases pore volume = more nitrogen in the soil, resulting in an increased effectiveness of microorganisms

Effects of AKRA Kombi

AKRA Kombi mobilises the nutrients available in the soil (e.g.: P, K, trace elements) and also keeps vital main and trace elements in plant-available form.

Thanks to the high silicic acid content (SiO2), AKRA Kombi also strengthens plant tissues. AKRA Kombi improves soil structure and encourages soil life.

In addition, due to its low phosphate and potassium content, AKRA Kombi generates a drop in nutrients which stimulates the flow of nutrients from the fixed, immobile phase.
